Wow. How long has it been, deviantART? A damn long time, that's what. I mean, last time I really interacted with anything/anyone properly on dA was very early January. Hopefully that'll all change this summer - I can't promise anything though.
So, yeah. Revision for exams has been destroying me lately, and with my first exam on Monday and my last on the 27th June, the next month and a bit looks to be pretty crazy for me. Hopefully I can pull off a crapload of excellent last minute revision and actually get some decent grades.
Anyway, now to explain the title, and why I decided to write a [very short] journal today. I had my last day of compulsory school today! Which means I'll never have to wear school uniform again! I didn't really have a problem with it, I'd just have preferred to have always been able to dress in whatever clothes I like. But yeah, obviously I'll be going back to my school for exams and after the summer I'll be going back for Sixth Form for two years, but this still marks a pretty amazing benchmark in my life. It's weird to think that I first stepped foot in my school five long years ago, and since then everything has changed - I've physically changed (a tiny bit) of course, mentally developed (I hope), moved house, made friends (and most likely a couple of enemies) and just generally lived life for five years. It's just an odd feeling that those five years have come to an end, and something new is coming.
But yeah, I hope that wasn't too sentimental/slushy/boring/weird for my first journal in a flipping century, but hey. If you're down here then you've already read it all, so feel free to yell at me in a comment if you hated it. Here's a handy template for you to use, depending on how fast you read.
